Okay, I had a post about using only whey protein powder as the source of protein. Now, since that doesn't keep a stable level of amino acids in the blood, I was wondering if using an Egg Protein Powder supplement like this one http://www9.netrition.com/optimum_egg_protein_page.html would do the trick. Would it?
Figuring, 6 meals a day, eating every 2.5-3 hours or so, this protein would be released slowly and allow for an anabolic enviroment, especially compared to using whey only, correct?
