Ok, right now i'm 5' 9", im guessing around 175 still (havent weighed myself in 2 weeks), and around 15-17%BF.
Beginning this next semister I'm going to be doing a long term cutting cycle, and I'm going to include some EFA's, which i have never taken before. I'm going to do the 5x5, which i've loved in the 2 months that ive done it, so i'm looking forward to a solid 5 months of it! I'm also going to be doing sprints on 3 of my 4 off days.
So, if anyone out there can help with experiance or factual data that can help me out as to which type of EFA is better, i've kinda narrowed it down to fish oil or flax oil, when to take them, and how much to take. also, if anyone has some good spots to get some good cheap oils, that'd be great too. thanks! i've never been able to break the 170 barrier, and i'm hoping that with some efa's it will help, and that i can settle down at around 160-165 lbs.
