EFA's briefly explained (you to me, not... well)

My fat intake is consists of mostly mono and polys but not to confident im getting the perfect fat consumption guidelines.

My days go liek this:

Peanut butter
Light Mayo (mostly mono's)
Fried onion rings (i know that one is bad)
Any fat found in whey (only 2g per serv)

I get flaxseed oil when I can afford it but is the recomended daily dose on the label even enough to make a difference (than not taking any at all)

My most important curiosity is, how would you rank or approve of supplemental fatty acids against:

-----(protein and AAS are obviously not in the same league) but these:

glutamine
creatine
BCAA
multivitamin
any other of your favorite (non essential supplements)

Walnuts are good, but 5 0r 6 is enough. Halves I mean. They are very fatty, but good.

I would rank EFA supp. high because I like to feed my brain, I need it. Remember mom calling fish brain food as she tried to get you to eat it? Also nice skin, a reduction in inflamation (joint and other). I'm sure it is beneficial in many ways. I have also heard that your body is more likely to give up fat, during cutting, if you feed it EFA's.
