Why is it that women are always complaining about this, and guys are too?

What about a woman that returns calls, is there when you need them, doesn't miss dates, and can be trusted, etc.?

I've only known one woman like this, having all these qualities (ok, two counting my mom).

You should definitely expect the same from a woman. I know I'm that kind of person, that's why I expect it in return.
