Some of them don't. Some expect the whole yelling, eyes rolling to back of the head, trembling, etc., etc. routine. I think that is more of a boost to their ego then the "gush."

That's why I say it depends on the knowledge of the guy. If they haven't been around much or haven't ever made a girl cum then they wouldn't know if she was faking it. In addition, if you're using enough lube a guy may not know if there is a gush or not. Some guys are far more versed in this subject then others. If a guy can tell, more power to him-obviously he's got the skill required to get a girl off:)

Women can fake it if they lubricate a lot anyways. They don't all. or always gush, depends on type of 'O' & intensity.
Some women have been having satisfying sex for years before they have a real orgasm. Some women orgasm easier than others.
Frankly I'd rather wifey tell me if it's not happenin, then I won't desensitize her& we can try again later. In my experience, many times ladies are up for sex, but just can't reach 'O' due to other things like, time, external stress, ambient mood, etc.. Some women don't do any of that. They just lay there all tense & shuddery, like a vibrating guitar string. I'd rather a real orgasm if possible, than a choreographed production number.

I've been thinking about it, & I can understand how a woman in a LTR would, just to get it overwith. My brother has had a few fights with his G.F. over this. Once in a GREAT while....I might not cum.....If I know I am not getting there I will reach down and get myself off while he is doing me....so I do cum about 99% of the time.....but if aint happening it just isn't and it is usally due ot outside factors....phone, kids, things like that :rolleyes:

I think it is so important to communicate with your lover.
