Hey guys, I've been trying to lose weight since August, and I lost 40 lbs from about August 19 to November 19. Then I took some time off to just maintain and relax for a little bit but now I've been back at it for about 2 weeks now, but I'm worried I won't be getting as much results as I had in the past because I went from 292->252, so I know it's going to get harder now.

I was wondering how effective ECA is with the addition of diet + exercise. I was also wondering, how dangerous is this stuff anyways? I know very little about it, except from what my buddy told me about it, but I want to know everything there is to know about it before I start taking it.

worked for me.. will start eca again this Spring.. the only side I had was cramping on feet and calves..
 
Do a google search for SEN Metabolic fuel. Its a pre-made ECAY stack. Ive used it and it works well. Good stuff, FAST shipping.

DEFINITLY the BEST fat burner that ive ever used. it helped me shred alot!
thanks again djlegacy2k1 for putting me on to that stuff. i HIGHLY recommend it to everyone else. all my buddies had extremely good results with the product. A+ stuff by me. im ordering another bottle in about 2 weeks to get ready for the summer.

What about the risks I take with taking the product? Is it pretty safe or can it be lethal, and things of that nature. Lotta people tell me it works but I've heard of stories on the news of athletes dying cause of ephedra and stuff so I'm just wondering about those kind of effects.

just start at a low dose.
like 5 people died out of the probly the 100,000's that were taking it for years cause they were using it improperly.
 
does eca do anything besides make you burn more cals? Like do you also partition nutrients better? Or could you just get the same results by eating less and doing more cardio?
 
ECA is just an extension of your diet and training, not a quick fix. Do some research on google for the scientific break down of why ECA works.

There really arent any health risks if you follow proper dosing. Most people who died were dehydrated, and had other risks involved, it normally was not directly as a result of ECA, more user error than anything else.

two more other quick questions guys (i already ordered) I had about using eca properly.

what are the effects of mixing this with alcohol? I'm a college student, and I really really try to avoid drinking at all costs, but sometimes I'll have a few beers, should i completely avoid it now that I'm going to be taking this stuff?

secondly, I have a scheduled root canal coming up, and i was wondering if i should maybe stop taking it a few days prior to and for a few days after, cause I'm sure i'll be getting some kind of pain killer and i don't want to mix harmful stuff.
 
What would the dosage be? i have a high tolerance for supps so taking them on an empty stomach is the only way i can feel the effects. I took a 25mg ephedrine pill the other day to see how it would make me feel, because i didnt wanna take it and go to the gym and pass out, and i fell asleep an hour later.

Ephedra is definitely a stimulant as well as the caffeine. I usually crash 2-3 hours after consuming caffeine. On the ECA stack I'm on now I have energy for a good 6 hours (the time until I take my next one). That is definitely the ephedra doing something.

Ive been taking Effie on and off for about 3 years, and my last stack was "shrinking my guys"...VERY ODD.

Im running PP's Ultimate lean stack with no issues, yet ECA was causing me problems, im highly confused lol.

Effie without caffein never really gave me a big boost, I guess its the TWO working together that create the decent stim boost.

Yeah..oddly enough, its never happened before and ive always used the same dosage. Even running the PP stack Im not having any shutdown issues...I dont know what caused it, unless it was some kind of dehydration or something. Sine its never happened before, I dont know what caused it.

I've been taking it for about two months now, and after experiencing first rapid weight loss, I'm kinda stuck now. I went from 292->242 relatively easily, but I find myself stuck at the same weight for multiple weeks now even though I do 50 min of cardio 6 times a week.

I'm only taking 25mg of ephedra daily, and I really don't know whats wrong. Idk if my body adapted to the ephedra or if it is just the plateau I hit from losing so much weight already.

If anyone has any advice on what I can do to keep losing 2 lbs a week I'd really like to hear it.

I currently weigh about 236 on an empty stomach when I check in the morning before I do my cardio.

Also, I should note that I did not take the ephedrine for 2 months straight, there were a few weeks where I didn't take it because I was sick and I also had two dentist appointments in that span where I didn't take any those weeks cause I didn't want the ephedrine to mess with the novacaine.

I'm looking for any advice that will help me effectively lose weight at a decent pace cause I'm only really looking to drop to 220, and I'm 6'4.

Also have you changed your routine lately to shock your body? Have you had some high cal days to keep your body from adapting? What is your lifting routine like?

That could be it. I do 50 min of biking everyday. As far as lifting, I'm just starting to add 3 days of lifting at low weight/high reps. Calories, I can eat about 2.5k calories but I'm usually around 1700-2000 and lately I've been sprucing in some 2500 calorie days. I would also like to add that I hate running, so if you have any suggestions for me if you can work around that fact that would rock.
 
I hate running too. What I've been doing instead of that is putting the treadmill up to its highest incline and the speed at 3.5-3.8 and fast walk uphill. You have to lean forward a little to really get the uphill feel. A lot of people hold on to the bars and lean back and that is practically walking flat. If you really walk uphill it burns tons of cals.

I usually go for an hour. I like to throw in a little 2 min jog every 15 minutes. I put the incline down to about 7 and up the speed to 5.5 for 2-3 minutes or whatever I can stand.
 
25mg, 200mg, 81mg (baby asprin). Lots of people use WAY TOO MUCH Asprin, and the higher amounts are NOT needed and accually hurt you in the long run.
