ECA sucks!!

Dieting down before I bulk up in the fall, Only problem ECA's suck they kill my workouts, it gets my heart racing, the sweat pouring, and melts the pounds off. The things we do!!!! O'well. maybe that's the reason for the label guidelines? Screw that. The more the better I say.

Can't wait to try DNP LOLOL!!!!!!

Oh man...I hope you don't try to incorporate your theories onto your use of DNP. "THE MORE THE BETTER" IS NOT SOMETHING YOU DO WITH DNP. In fact, DNP CAN BE DEADLY IF USED BY IDIOTS/PPL. WITH LOW-IQ, so please do your research before using DNP.
I had a friend that almost died in a coma after using DNP the idiot way.

That depend on how much you're taking. Take half the dosage then work up from there. Or take the dosage a bit earlier before going to the gym..
 
so if you take more eca you burn more fat? is there a point where it doesn't make a diff to take any more.
eg. for ripped fuel it sayd to work up to two pills three times a day, would three pills three times day be better? i did that these past two days but still to early to tell if it makes a diff or if i'm just wastingpills. Any feedback would be great.
 
Fucked up my workout the past 2 days. I won't touch the shit again! ECA...yuck

I have to agree...E/C/A needs to be cycled up in doses, if not it will give you the worst side-effects. Start with 1/2 the dose and work your way up.
