Everything I know about aspirin, JJ and BrickGirl covered. HOWEVER - I recall reading that chronic aspirin administration (in men, didn't specify for women) lowered testosterone, and was not recommended for this reason.
Personally I don't notice a difference in ephedrine and caffiene CNS stimulation nor fat loss with or without aspirin, and I've been taking it off and on for 7 years.
