Hey guys and gals. I have been low carbing for around 5 weeks now and i have had pretty good progress, i have lost aload of fat but not from the areas i want! im currently 174pounds and 6ft tall. Im happy with muscle definition but my lower abs and hips contine to stay! It looks kind of weired because my chest and upper body to my rib cage is pretty good its just under that. Is the ECA stack worth the risk to get that fat gone? i am doing 4, 6km runs aweek and doin my abs 3 times aswell as 3 full body workouts. I just want a god damm six pack!
