I get the HCL that someone, I think Sassy, was talking about earlier. I take 1 Ephedrine HCL (Mini Thin) and a 1/2 of a caffiene tablet (Vivarin). Any more than that and I can't handle it. I know people who take a lot more than I do. But you have to do what works for you.
