Not trying to steal your thread... but does anyone know where you can find REAL 100% Whole Wheat Bread? Im in Florida if that makes a difference. Also I noticed in organic stores all they have is Wheat and yeast free, whats that about??

ezekiel bread is about the healthiest bread there is. you can purchase at health food stores. has to stay refrigerated and isnt quite as good. it's edible though. guess i'll have to go back to that. the wife will not be happy.

just a side note, i'm not far from spring hill. 'bout 30 mins. not going to reveal true location though.

There are a lot of people allergic to yeast - so most health food stores will sell a variety of products for those with food allergies. Like soy, wheat free, gluten free, yeast free, etc etc. Just make sure the label shows 100% stoneground wheat & not any caramel color - which is white bread dyed brown & they call it "wheat."

No - I don't eat bread. I eat: brown rice, sweet potatoes & oats.

Right now - since I'm competing it's only sweet potatoes or white potatoes.

Whole grain like 9 grain bread etc is healthier than whole wheat bread. I would recommend you check the stats and compare.
