most americans get ZERO of them because they think fat is bad. we have been consuming fat for 2M years and suddenly in the 80's some phony doctor/scientist funded by the sugar and food industry says fat is bad so now we are scared. so companies started taking fat out of food and replacing it with sugars. people stopped eating whole foods and sought processed junk that said low or no fat. we even ruined the dairy industry with low fat yogurt
a lot of people who struggle to lose fat will notice once they get on a diet rich in these good fats, they drop fat like crazy. weird huh? eat fat to lose fat. crazy concept .. it also will cause your heart health to improve significantly
