I am soon going to do a cycle of Sustanon and Anavar. This is not a bulking cycle, but I hope to get some additional lean muscle mass. My bf is 11-12%. I want to eat lean during this cycle, with high protein and low carbs. My goal is to consume 3,000-3,500 calories a day.
I have started to put together a menu. It is not complete and falls short of my calorie goal by about 1k-1.5k. Here is what I will consistently consume daily:
Food Calories Protein (gms) Carb(gms)
1 Egg Beater 210 42 7
2 cans tuna 350 75 0
5 Protein drinks 1000 250 0
5 Eggs Hd/boild 400 35 5
This does not include my evening dinner which will be steak, fish or chicken. I like the hard boiled eggs and the tuna because of its convenience in preparing and taking with me to eat during the day. I could probably eat more tuna than listed and might to that to increase the calories.
I want to keep my carb intake very low initially to drop a little more bf. I have done Atkins before and it seems that once I hit ketosis I don't need the carbs for energy.
Would someone comment on this meal plan as far as what other foods I could/should include. Also, what do you think about me keeping my carbs real low like this.
