someone told me dirt from your frontyard increases your muscle mass, is this true?

yes dirt does contain minerals... but the minerals found where dog crap used to be is much higher, and has added vitamins and protein. When the crap gets hard remove it and eat the dirt. Definate growth!! I draw a circle around these areas so i don't forget where exactly the crap was.
I actually saw a documentary about "dirt eaters". I'm NOT kidding! These people actually knew places to find special dirt, and they sold it to other dirt eaters. There was this special white dirt that was considered a delicacy. I guess it does contain minerals, but still it seemed a little weird to me. Learn something new everyday.

that's just an old wive's tale... a myth caused because of a lack of research. you see, it's the DOG CRAP that causes you to grow, NOT the dirt. the "dirt myth" was started due to ignorant people who ate dirt and experienced growth... not even realizing that they were often getting dog crap in their dirt. So they credited their growth to the dirt, not even thinking about the dog crap... and so the myth begn. my advice would be, FORGET THE DIRT, just EAT THE CRAP!

All the top brand-names of doggy doo-doo are a big rip-off! I mean, EAS sells dog-shit capsuls... $70 for a ten day supply! DOn't expect much better from weider, twinlabs, muscletech or anyone else... all their shit is expensive! Besides, a lot of it (especially the liquid form) is not even standardized to an effective amount of dog-shit purity, and will actually have no effect on humans whatsoever! Studies done on Muscle Marketing's "Dog-Shit-Power" serum show that it contains only about a tenth of the concentration needed for results... all their so-called "studies" were performed on freaking HAMSTERS. So of course, if you feed that shit to HAMSTERS, they are gonna grow! But what about humans?
My suggestion is to buy a dog (preferably a pit-bull or a rotweiler, because most of them are full of shit).
Of course, the FDA is about to ban the use of dog-shit for any purpose other than prescribed medical treatment (yes, dog-shit also cures cancer, AIDS, and toe-nail fungus!).
