Eating after a certain time..VERY bad....myth or true?

I love when people try to make things much more complicated than they are

Why 30 min ?
31 min is OK but 29 will make you fat ? LOL

If you've spent more calories (by working out for instance) than you've ingested you'd better eat, wathever the time

Actually the 30min refered to what i stated in the previous thread not for weight gain/loss. And if your really serious about it, you should already know how much you have eaten throughout the day and calculated that in with your total caloric intake. But thats just me, i guess!!!

If it works for you, it's great and stick to it
But we are all different, have different schedules, routines, genetics so what's true for you is very different for someone else

definitely don't wake up for an MRP bro, (I'm assuming your MRP has an adequate amount of carbs) Take about 40g slow digesting protein before bed w/ 10-15g healthy fats to slow it down even more. If you get up in the middle of the night for something, have the same thing. ISS research MXPro40 is my choice. Less fat than Muscle Milk and tastes just as good. Or you can make your own, but caseins are an essential here.

this should help you. later
