Easy shoulder exercises

My shoulders are not really big, and for some reasonI get the joints injured quite easily. Can you adivse me on someshoulder workouts that would be the least stressful and yet effectivefor muscular development of the shoulders?
 
So no explicit need for shoulder training - these things will train them enough while I work on other things? That would be great, cause I hate those shoulder only exercises!
 
Hold on. I advise, as above, doing those rotator cuff movements for shoulder health. I train for strength so I just do presses. Most bodybuilders would do (at the very least) dumbbell lateral raises and presses. A MINIMUM of 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps. I only press once a week.
