i like the metrx packets, pricey tho - i think it's worth the extra dough then throwing up garbage protien or having to shit it out ten minutes later
 
I agree with you, I always spend extra $$ on my supps. I always take myoplex and meso-tech. But which packages are you talking about? I'm pretty sure I haven't tried those, neither the peanut butter Huck recommended.
 
it's some berry or strwaberry, i don't even know but it's the white metrx packets. ive never tried the chocolate peanut butter

money is not an option results are. as huck said the mixed protein rules and 20 carbs to me is not alot and before a show i don't consume powders up to 7 weeks out so really don't care about the carb ratios.

Amen brotha...Look for a good COMBO protein which consists of Milk Isolates or Caseins,and a Whey Isolate,and if possible,dried Egg whites.That will give you a sustained,constant release of AA's,instead of rapid oxidation and excretions.
 
myoplex taste good! I'm taking myoplex mass post-workout and its ok. I bought a mix of protein from Protein Factory.

#1 is egg white, egg yoke, milk isolate,whey, brovine
#2 is soy,milk iso, whey, calcium cass.
#3 is whey, hydrolyized(sp)

They are all pretty good except #1 taste like raw egg.

I've been having the shits and thought it was the creatine but when I stopped it didn't fully go away. Could it be my liver? My cycle is only 375mg of sus. and 450mg deca + just stopped the dbal. I'm thinking its possibly the hydrolyzed protein...does any one know anything about this? First time Ive ever used it!

Hydrolyzation is PRE-DIGESTION of peptide chains,which would make for BETTER absorbtion,so I'm not sure that's the problem.Could be the YOLK powder possibly,or maybe the soy(which is a poor quality protein IMO).
