Ok...when I get up in the mornings I do not feel like eating. Actually...I always feel a little sick. Nope...not pregnant I always lift in the mornings...about an hour and a half after I arise. I usually only get in a cup of yogurt and a glass of oj before I train. It is hard to get it down. I feel starving sometimes..but just can't eat. As the day goes on...I can eat more and more and more...till close to bed time when I lose my appetite again. Strange.
