I had a pretty good workout today...gonna start doing more inclines though I think...but who knows.

Speed Flat Bench Press
247 x 3 x 8 sets
45 sec rest between sets

Incline Bench Press
247 x 5
275 x 1
315 x 1 (super strict, no spotter or lift off, rack was about an inch from
my nose, hard to lift off)

Lying Dbell Tric exts
11's x 10 x 8 sets
10 sec rest between sets

Dbell Cleans for rotators
11's x 10 x 3 sets
10 sec rest between sets

2" thick dbell rows
102 x 10
130 x 6

I liked the dbell rows with the thick dbell...a lot!!! Good grip, forearm,
bic, and lat work!!!

Enjoy

Bfold, I'm getting the impression you don't at all train too failure, right? :)

BTW, I don't understand why you said you were fat.... you looking fucking built.

And one more thing: you training looks really fun man. In 5-6 years when I have some money of my own I plan to do similar types of workouts.

Keep at it,

ZZuluZ: I was training with the basic WSB principle of doing speed work. I do my maximum effort work on Sundays...which is usually to failure.

The fat thing is basically a joke. There was a guy here on elite a few months back that was calling me Fat Boy on every thread and meaning it very personal. I am just not like a bodybuilder. You can look at my pics on the thread(s) in my signature and get a better idea of what I look like in a tank top or shirtless. I am actually fairly lean.

Where I train...is very cheap. 55 gallon steel drums for squat racks, $99 squat rack, weights I have found, wood, old tires, rocks...etc...It is very fun.

the People's Champ: haha...I actually did 2 sets of dbell rows and was very hot. I wear tons of clothes when I train...usually 7-9 layers on my upper body in the Winter...0-3 in the Summer.

Wizzyman: The dbell is a 2" dbell I had special made. Each one weighs more than 30lbs with nothing on it...probably closer to 37 the way I figure that steel weighs. Try grabbing a hold of the end of an Olympic bar...and it is slightly larger around than that. It is fun to hold onto.

you'd be proud man, i tried some farmer walks the other day. i only did 60lb dbells for 200 feet 4x but its a start. my traps were tight but not too sore. once my grip catches up, ill get up there.

ps, im a 175 lb trainer, no tan, thinking outside the box constantly. :p
