I use dumbells on pretty much all my exercises (except for squats and deads, and I vary it up every once in a while with barbell exercises for other stuff too). You should do fine with mostly dumbells as long as you keep strict form. Are you looking for total routine suggestions?
Thanks for the reply. Im going to start using dumbells in hopes to shock my body to grow. Ive basically done the same lifts for as long as I can remember. So hopefully using dumbells will stimulate some more growth
