I've been thinking of throwing dumbell pullovers into my chest routine just to see if it has any effect. I'm planning to do it anyways as I've learned from here and elsewhere that the only way to see how something works is to try it. I was just wondering what others experiences have been with them? Did they do anything for you? Notice any gains in any particular part of your chest when doing them? I'm looking forward to trying them and seeing how it goes.
