dumb gyno question

actually that's not a stupid question at all,and yes it's very possible to get gynecomastia in one nipple only

Mine is 95% on one side which makes me notice it that much more because I have the normal one to compare it to everytime I look in the friggin' mirror!!! Here's a question for those of you that had undergone surgery:
Do any of you know if certain surgeons charge less money if you only get one side done? Or is it usually more of a blanket cost for the procedure regardless of how much is done?

There is NO question that could be considered dumb related to gyno symptoms. Really, we're talking about MALES GROWING TITS. That's some scary shit to males (def this one!). Bro, anytime you have a gyno question don't be afraid to ask. You may be helping someone who has symptoms but is too embarassed to ask.

is it possible to give someone else gyno if they suckle you? and in the process, do they actually get any milk out of your teet? and if they do, how much protein is in it? and if there's alot of protein per gyno suckle, will folks with gyno please pump their breasts and send me the milk? and are there federal regulations on sending breast milk through the mail?

this is my 4th cycle not to count d-bol only cycles i started with, last year i went up to 750 mg test e /week and 75 mg tren e/week with 25-50 mg d-bol for the 1st 6 weeks. 12 week cycle.
I guess my nipps were pretty puffy and sensitive the whole time but since it was in both i didnt really see it. they went down after cycle but on accation i get sore puffy nips , been that way my whole life. this time i gave myself 1 shot of test e 400 mg and been on d-dl for 3 days and noticed it in 1 nip. the thing is i scratched it on a ladder at work so i thoght mybe it wased brused which it kinda was. but now i feel a small lump so ive been running atd for the passed few days and might start on letro if that dosnt work. it doesnt seem to be getting bigger to tell u the truth if i got it in both i probully would have not even noticed so i still undesided in what to do.
is it possible the bruis set off the gyno?

Nothing tastes BETTER than getting rid of that no-good gynecomastia!!! 
I have been on Letrozole for 1 week so far now @ 2.5 mg/day and I think I am already seeing some subtle changes.. I don't know 100% for sure if this is simply due to retaining less water OR if it is actual breast glandular tissue being shrunk. Something certainly feels different when I feel around for bumps in there... It's like things feel a bit more broken up and slightly softer. I hope this is a sign of progress and not just in my head!!
I know one thing for sure... My libido is killed. At least I know my Femera - letrozole - is legit.

I have spoke to a number of doctors who make a distinction between true gynecomastia (meaning excessive development of and the ongoing presence of excessove glandular breast tissue) and Pseudo-gynecomastia (meaning fat deposits in the breast area of men)
In your practice, do you make this distinction? From the break down of the actual roots of the words that come together to make up the term gynecomastia, the presence of actual abnormal breast tissue development is required to be consistent with the term gynecomastia.
I know this may be splitting hairs, but I have read several medical articles and journals as well as talked to a few very distinguished doctors who consistently say that true gynecomastia requires glandular development similar to that which occurs in women as they enter puberty. These doctors use another term --something to do with adipose(will have to look it up later) to differentiate between fat deposits in the male breast area and the presence of actual abnormal male glandular development.
This brings me to my next question: Aside from surgery, can glandular gynecomastia be eliminated or reversed without surgery?
A certain member of EF and I have had this debate, and I wanted to get an MD's opinon on the question of resolving glandular gynecomastia
