Dumb ass question

Was just curious. I have mine at breakfast micro-waved and add in a scoop of flavoured protein powder with some saw palmeto drops and a spoonfull of flax oil. Tastes like the protein powder so not bad at all. As for other meals it's a little harder to get down just mixed with water or even with protein powder in my shaker.
Thanks for the replies and k.
Any other variations would be greatly excepted.

Put the kettle on for 5 minutes, throw your oats into a measuring cup, see how much you want. throw that into a bowl. get your jam/splenda/spices/whatever you want out and ready, by then the water will be done boiling, add it to the oats and your set (dont forget to add you jam or splenda lol).

Raw in a blender with milk, protein, banana, peanut butter and flax seed oil and take my multi....very good and very filling, for breakfast. I got the recipe from this site somewhere and I love it.

you know, that sounds like a good alternative to a weight gain shake like those N-large things.
