Sometimes I'll do what Killa said, I'll just put water and the oats in a bowl with cinnamon and splenda. Usually I don't even cook it like that, I'll just eat it raw.
I throw 1/2 cup in with 1 cup of water and throw that in the micro and nuke for 2.5 mins. After it is cooked, i add some splenda, cinnamon(or nutmeg)and a tbsp of sugar free maple syrup. Tastes just like maple and brown sugar kind
