if your on a conventional routine would it be wise to start with d-h
first than hst, because the conv. way your training once per week
d-h your training twice a week and hst your training three times a week, so if you start with d-h and so on your body won't go into shock.
Don't think about it like that, most guys have no trouble adjusting to the frequency of HST. I'd say just do one cycle of each and stick with whichever gave you better results.
