I've never tried it but because of its effect on your body I would have to say viagra. Test makes you really horny, but you last for the same amount of time.

Viagra doesn’t prolong anything it only makes you hard. Out of your choices it would be painkillers but anti-depressants would work the best.

I guess it depends on whether last the longest means how long your woody lasts or how long it takes you to cum. If the question is how long it takes you to come I would go with alchohol. If it is how long you stay hard I'd give it to viagra.
