Duck egg vs chicken egg

higher fat would make it more nutritious.

get off the 'low fat' craze. it is one of the reasons America is so fat, everyone is scared of fat. ironically natural fat does not spike insulin levels and guess what fat is replaced with in foods? sugar of course.

Duck eggs have higher protein because they are a bigger egg. Almost 2:1 over a chicken egg.
