Helo i live in Sweden and i got a medical trt whit nebido. And also take test cypionate verey 10 days 1ml. I am going too do a drugtest for steroids can they detect diffrent testo esters?

does testim gel and testosterone enanthate show up as testosterone in my urine test.

Yes they will both show up as testosterone.

If they send for GC/MS confirmation, then it will show different

They dont say different; on a standard test they can not tell the different... How ever if they do send out for gc/ms they can but unless your being tested for an elite level sporting event I highly doubt HIGHLY doubt that they will do such an expensive test. So like every one else said no they can't but if your levels are way off where they should be, by adding the extra test e you are gonna have an issue
