Drug Free Pics...

As some people might know I am drug free and have been since I started lifting when I was 13. I am now 26 and finally gaining weight. I was stuck at 178 for 3 years. Then 194 for 3 years then I got up to 209 over this past winter. I recently spent the past 5 weeks eating like a pig and doing little cardio. I also did not do my abs. Do not ask me why I did not do them, but I didn't. I have done trial and error my whole life. I read everything and can pretty much tell any body type what and what not to do. YES!!!! I am positive about my knowledge of the sport.

I posted some pics yesterday and I just wnated to add to the collection. Today is back and BI's

I am now 220lbs and feeling the affects of not doing abs. My low back is killing me everytime I play softball. It tightens up due to the work load put on it.

Good thickness, a tan will bring out some good details..

Whats the rest of your stats? Height/Bodyfat %?

Whatever anyone else says, if its negative, just ignore it. Your physique is awesome, especially since your natural. If anyone flames you, just remember all the juicers that posted their pic and look worse than you, but they still got congradulated.

Listen mate, if you hit the gear I can see a bright competitive career ahead of you. Stick at it and you could eventually shoot top NPC of even pro level.
 
steak helmit...u've got what its takes..the fact u've already starting getting pics of your self show u are proud to be fit and looking good...take the bros advice get a tan and consider juicing....you'll be even prouder of your fitness and looking great!!!! u got a great future in the bodybuilding brotherhood
 
I'll be honest with you bro, I think you look awesome! Those abs ain't nearly as bad as you say either but I can relate to the lower back pain you talked about cause I get it all the time when I play hoops. Abs are my least favorite bp but I'm trying to change that. I like the gym though - that looks like a cool place. Man if you ever do decide to jump on the gear I think you got loads of potential! You have some good genetics though and you obviously know what your doing so keep it up - you look better than 90% of the guys I've seen that posted on this board that have all used gear!

In terms of size, u have done well, especially when u say u r drug-free. However, u lack muscular details. You got good genes for size - if u take juice, u will have an awesome physique.

went up to 180 over last summer but as soon as I
start martial arts agin ther goes 5 pd. I just jumped on my first cycle OH HELL YEA!! It feels great My strength
is going up and weight also. Any hoo great dedication

steak helmet -i dropped you a question... man what does your workout(split, sets, reps, intensity, etc.), diet, and supplaments look like... dude i'd give anything for some tips from you -whatever you're doing is working (really good)... i just started gear and i don't even look like you.

Legs are good. Of course they could use some work. I have long thighs. My adductors are very big. I go through shorts like there is no tomorrow due to the rubbing.

THe gym is all mirrors. THat is why it looks so long. It is about 7000 square feet...plus the locker rooms makes the whole ting 11,000 square feet.

Hey Steak Helmet ....let me guess, I bet you have people at your gym or friends that tell you your full of shit when you tell them your all natural. I put up with that for a long time. I am 6"3 and weigh 250lbs a little soggier in the mid section but not a fat ass and I deal with these sorry lookin lot of hopefuls everyday in the gym.

I told this asshole the other day that was mumbling to him self, it isn't my fault he is tiny and will never be as big as me, and that he should consider him self lucky that he found himself a wife that likes tiny guys!!!!!

That shut the rubber lips up....

Keep up the good work dude....after reading these replys you must be stoked!!!!
 
I thought for the longest time I would be skinny. My father was 6'5" and weighed 175lbs. I thought I was going to be 6'0" and 178 forever.

YEs I recently ran into a friend I have not seen for 4 years. He asked me if I was chemically enhanced? I said "all those years of lifting have paid off." I now write his workout program and diet.
 
looks great. looking forward to seeing your diet and workout routine too. i'm 6'0" and 165 (and have been forever). would love to avoid the gear if i can put on as much weight as you naturally.

For MY BULKING UP PHASE:

Diet which I feel is 70% of the process

Breakfast: 2 Meso-tech bars
1 glass nonfat milk 20oz
2 bananas
2hours later 2 scoops Nitro-tech
2 cups cottage cheese
1 banana
2 to 3 hours 12oz steak
Green beans
2 slices wheat bread with butter
pre-workout 4 hydroxcuts
1 protein bar.
during workout 1 Blue THunder

after workout Pure Pro or other form of protein
2 bars or 1 serving nitro-tech.
2 hours later 12oz steak
Red potatoes w/fixings
can of corn
Bedtime 2 protein bars



My workout:

I did each body part once every 7 to 13 days.

Day 1 Chest/Traps

Flat bench DB's or BAR
15, 15, 10, 8, 6 (rest 2min minimum)
Incline smith or DB

Shaping movement (it would change each workout)

you look great! you need a tan and let's see some legs. for a guy who is natural, you put a lot of guys i know that are on the sauce to shame. i'm freaking jealous. don't foget that a man's physique hits his peak around his early 30's or even mid 30's.

There has got to be a tanning bed hidden somewhere in there...maybe you should investigate.

Steak- I saw youre pics a few weeks ago.......you are DEFINITELY working hard! Chest, arms, back all looking alot bigger! Another 6 mo to a year and youre gonna be a monster. A cycle would benefit you greatly!
