Dropping body fat/weight quick like...works like magic

Been running a hybridization program of a few ideas I've combined together that has me dropping weight/fat like magic. Fast, quick and effective, with little muscle lost.

It's an alternate day fasting method with built in carb cycling, intermittent fasts, a cheat day, and workout program designed to take advantage of it. I'm posting this so others who need or want to drop fat quickly and effectively can try it.

Days are set for me up as follows:

Sunday: cheat day. Eat anything and everything. Your job is to reset leptin to optimal levels, spike your thyroid and metabolic rate and then use it to your advantage the rest of the week. Workout is a heavy density workout that ensures minimal fat storage. Fast starting at 8pm

Monday: 24 hour fast until 8pm. Either BCAA 10g or protein shake prior to workout. Volume or circuit training for first few weeks, switched to heavy weights with 5 mins of HIIT at end to rocket growth hormone. Eat a fat/protein meal and/or shake after, minimal carbs.

Tuesday: normal eating day, moderate carbs, lower fat. I Stop eating at 4pm due to being off Wednesday where I workout around 5pm. HIIT or off day for workout, preferably in morning. Acts as an intermittent fast day, only eating for 8 hours also.

Wednesday: 24 hour fast ending at 4pm. BCAA or protein shake. Fats/protein only afterwards, low carb. Workout first few weeks volume/circuit training switching to heavy with HIIT at end after that.

Thursday: normal eat day, mod carbs, low fat. Volume/circuit training first few weeks switching to heavy and HIIT after. Stop eating at 10pm

Friday: 24 hour fast day, off or HIIT in AM. Fats/protein only at night.

Saturday: normal day, mod carbs. No workout. Intermittent fast built in, stop eating at 4pm, in prep for cheat day tomorrow.

Have dropped 24 lbs in 6 weeks so far following this, while gaining strength. Maximizing hormonal effects of fat burning while limiting muscle loss due to growth hormone surges from fasting. Abs starting to come back out, veins starting to pop...

Highly recommend anyone looking to burn through bodyfat quickly give this a try. Solid science coupled with working hard produces great results.

This method is similar to what I did to lose 40 lbs. I'm doing it again to get down to 200 lbs this summer. I'm also running eca stack while on a cycle. Test prop, tren a and masterone A. 12 week cycle starting tomorrow.

Actually I don't really have any cravings. I mean there are times I get hungry towards the end of the fasts, but nothing too major.

Basically one thing sets up another in a giant cycle. Cheat days sends leptin soaring along with your metabolism and thyroid. Then throughout the week the up and down calories, carb cycling and fasts take advantage of this increasing growth hormone, insulin sensitivity and dowregulating adiponectin so when you get back to the cheat day you aren't gonna be storing much if any as fat and even if you do store a little it will be wiped out quickly by the following days fast.

Really is almost a perfect cascade of hormonal control setup...

I based a lot of what I did off a program called Fat Loss Forever by John Romaniello but i made a few important changes. In his program, I lost weight quickly in a similar fashion but had some issues. First I lost some size and muscle. Second i felt flat and got weaker. On his program the cheat day was every 10 days, some fasts were 36 hours, and there were a few times you worked out in the morning during a fast and had no protein before or after. Didn't like those things, so after a bunch of tweaking I came up with this. Cheat day kicks in before leptin drops too far, protein is taken in before working out on fast days at the end of fast and my strength is going up, not down...

I might give that a try. I train a do cardio to the Max but have struggled lately with diet. Usually when it's time 2 cut I get it in check and maintain but having a hard time past few months getting in track. Thanks for the detailed post!

Sure, thought some others might be able to benefit from it, been tweaking this the last two years I've done it to work better for me...

I'm not a huge cardio fan...I find it much more effective to drop fat from cranking up the intensity of lifting and doing volume work than doing a bunch of cardio...I do it once or twice a week, but most of what I do is done to boost EPOC or the afterburner effect...cardio is relatively poor at that unless its HIIT

Good post bro , thanks for putting this up there.

i usually steer clear of any kind of complex diet set up ( i'm a simple SOB )

i had good results with IF but would consider your layout on my next cut.
