ive been buying the drink Ensure lately its a 250 call nutrition drink and i drink bout 3 of them a day i was wondering if this is a good or a bad thing to be drinking so many of for my diet.
well im on my 4th one today, i goto go food shoping i problemly only had 1400 calories today, im not looking to bulk actually looking to loose some fat

2 chicken breast sandwhiches 600 cal
2 protein shakes 500 cal
3 ensures 750 cal
a bowl of wheat cereal 250ish cal
some nuts and a bowl of rice 350ish cal.
thats the usual, sometimes i eat pp&j or tuna or some other shit
I'd replace those ensures and shakes with whole food. Go for some lean ground beef, top sirloin, or rib eye. Or throw down some of natures fast food-raw eggs, free range and organic. Bring a dozen with you and hammer em down.
