what a difference they make!! as i'm getting older, i can't wear heels anymore. the bottoms of my feet just burn like crazy. it feels like there's no fat between my bones and my shoes.
anyway, i got the dr. scholls for her inserts - I had read about another kind of shoe insert (Insolia) that is supposed to shift the weight off the ball of your foot but I've never ordered them. I was hoping the dr. scholls were similar.
I put them in some shoes that I love but can't wear. The heel height is around 3". Not super high, but enough so that i'd be in pain at the end of the day. I wore them friday and felt great when I got home!
i'm not on my feet ALL day, but enough- between walking from my car to my office, walking to meetings, lunch, bathroom, coffee, printer, etc.
These things are great. I actually want to go out and buy every package the store has now.
