First generation: 1992-1995 V10 8L 400hp

second generation: 1996-2002 V10 8L around 450hp, coupe from the 2nd are easy to spot because they have two "lumps" on the roofs to accomodate helmets.

Third: 2002-....... V10 8L 500hp

theres a good amount in the nyc/long island/nj area. i have a friend in texas that has 3 of them and one of them has like 1200hp or some shit and has been in all kinds of magazines/articles. the thing smokes its tires at 110mph. let me find some links.

Barely any. My neighbor has a Ford GT which looks pretty bad ass. Porsche's and Mercedes are as thick as mosquitos around here.

My wifw trains a guy that had one for a while. It was ok, but it drove like shit. He goes through cars a lot though. He had the viper and bought an SRT 10. He got rid of those and got a ferrari and a cayenne, I don't know which model. I didn't see it before he got rid of it. Now he's on a ford kick. He has an f350 and a saleen, and he has one that he races at the new motor sports track out here. His race car (mustang) was beating the porsche gt's on the straights, but obviously wasn't doing as well in the turns. I was impressed.

The guy is obviously a big driver and he hated the viper. I think they look fekkin sweet though. You should wait and get an audi rs8 when it comes out. It's supposed to smoke the porsche turbo and it's normally aspirated.
