Dostinex on a Drug Test

So after looking into Dostinex for lowering prolactin I found that it is a dopamine antagonist. Now some other 'stuff' is also a dopamine antagonist so this got me wondering.

Would Taking dostinex possibly show up as another drug on a drug test that tests for illicit drugs such as thing we can't talk about on here?
