they might do good (not sure about the exact science)

but the trick is limiting your cheat meals. Which I would not be able to easily do. I am better off without cheating. much easier, IMO.
 
thats why for the last 6 months Ive been living on a normal peoples diet of eat whatever the fuck I feel like whenever the fuck I want. Then again it lead to 10-12lbs of junk over the winter which I had to work off and now I just try and avoid snacking, don't have any fitness goals atm I work too fucking much in a physical job, once I get a diff job Ill get back to the gym more
