I came across this info on hairsite.com. It's in addition to the info already provided by REALGAINS. You can substitute Dermovan (suggested by RG) with either EMU or horse oil. Although as the article states Horse oil is supposed to have additional hair benefits.
3 Options
1) 75ml horse oil + powdered 30mg (6 tablets) Finasteride + 3ml 50% alcohol.+1800mg of spiro--->(mix into cream)
2) 75ml emu oil + powdered 30mg (6 tablets) Finasteride + 3ml 50% alcohol--->.+1800mg of spiro(mix into cream).
3) 75ml Dermovan or Dermabase + powdered 30mg Finasteride + 3ml 50% alcohol+1800mg of spiro--->(mix into cream).
4) Add bayberry extract to the formula in either 1, 2 or 3 above. According to Waseda, this version of Fina-Spiro cream with Bayberry extracts is probably the strongest anti-androgen topical in the world. . Bayberry extract must be used separately, for instance, apply the extract and spoon spread the cream over it. Note that some spiro tablets may not be easy to dissolve, if that is the case, please increase the base oil and add alcohol bit by bit.
How And When To Use
For example apply minoxidil, and soon after the application, spread the cream over them. The cream plays as an 'occlusion' for preventing alcohol evaporation. You might feel oily cover but the Finasteride is very slowly absorbed with the oil thus you can avoid systemic side effect otherwise happens.
PS I would omit the finestride portion of the recipe when taking either Deca or Fina
