That being said, good sources are like good business men-- they either suck up the losses that they have (which invariably happens) so that they can keep their customers(which will pay in the long run) or they get out with apologies(perhaps some refunds- they give up the business)...

Yes, Macro, random as they may be, they are nevertheless generally on target.

...and the best sources manage to keep their friends, with whom they have communicated over months in the elegant international language of business (English), despite their own business problems; to clients who've paid their hard-earned money for their source's stuff, along with his integrity of character.

And an excellent source can and will suck up incredible losses in the process of making ALL his obligations good (sources get screwed, too), just like any really honest businessman. He won't bullshit his client friends or make whingy apologies.

And if and when he returns, he'll know who is friends are because he didn't lose any. And he'll damned sure know who screwed him.

My random thoughts.

I think it's the Nootropil (a smart drug I regularly take along with 1000 mcg of B-12 and 100mg of B-6 per day). Now that I'm healthy again, my mind is like a razor. All those bizarre events of the past are taking on a crystal clarity.

i have never had any bad advice from a mod here on this board. in fact just a while ago it saved me money when doing a source check on my gear. thanks go to those who help and for those who dont, i really dont need to say anything do i?

You will find that your best sources are kept quite, you best bet is to do a trail order and these days I would stick to Mexico just for the fact that they get there gear across the border then ship it, a us based source is a time bomb waiting to get busted.

actually that's a GOOD question, supergirl. i've read of cases on this board where sources HAVE given away clients addies in hopes of a plea bargain or reduced sentence.

i'm thinking a good source won't do that, a lesser one will.

Guys it usually works the other way. Some flaming asshole gets busted with $150 worth of gear, and rats out every source he knows!!!!!!!! Cops really don't give a fuck about the end users, they want to wipe out distribution!!
