Bro, you should hae a hint of abs @ 14% or so. 10% year round is lean, and not going higher than that probably isn't maximizing your muscle gain progress.

That means you start you diet phase at about first week of april.(12 weeks out). Until then, I'd be on a cycle (test300mg, deca200mg and dbol30mg(first 4-6 weeks) until january getting as much mass as you can. Take mid january through march off with PCT(use HCG for sure) and hop on your cut stack and prep diet beginning april. I suggest test prop 50mg EOD and winny 50mg ED for you. Stick to a strict diet like you already know is coming, and you should get shredded and stay big.
Don't ask me about clen, T3, lasix prep or anything like that cuz I don't know enough about them to suggest anything.
