It's never a bad idea as most steroids cause increased RBC. This is especially true of equipoise, where donating is a must.

most do, yes.. its something that you should be doing if you are using steroids... rbc counts will more than likely rise, more so with certain compounds and higher doses, but needless to say, over time with steroid use, it becomes more necessary to donate blood regardless...
