Hit em hard and heavy! Nothing created soreness like multiple drop sets. When your sore it means u tore the muscle fiber. Ur body is smart so it will repair and make it bigger/ stronger so it can survive the same stimulus next time. Don't forget your diet and rest tho, they are Important!
I love the feeling like swollen how soon should i wait before I smash those muscle groups again a day or so after doms recovery or 1 week I currently do
Monday chest and tri
Wednesday back biceps forearm
Friday shoulders and legs
Saturday abs
if you set up a 3 day split.. or some guys even do 4 or 5 day splits then the soreness won't get in your way. one group of muscles will be sore while you are working another.
there is a difference between being sore from lack of conditioning and that low feeling of soreness that even the most advanced guys have.. where you squeeze your muscle the next day and feel some pain
