doing cardio for 6 ,months...stop it? or n0

hey i am afraid to stop cardio becasue i will prob gain fat..i wieght train intensly and walk and/or sprint 4 times a week...my diet is good consisting of 50p/30f-20carbs..i only take whey and dextrose after weights which might promote fat storage becasue muscle rrecovers in 72 hours not 30 min ,,,thats what i heard and the dextrose will store as fat..should i cut cardio and take out the dextrose and just double the whey?
 
Any simple carbs consumed post workout WILL be used to replenish glycogen, end of story. Anyone that tells you different doesn't know jack and I guarantee doesn not have a degree in human performance.

Never stop doing cardio completely. Doing cardio enables oxygen to be delivered to muscles more efficiently. This enables muscles to work harder and more efficient. The more oxygen in the muscle(s) the less lactic acid will occur, as lactic acid is the result of glycogen being metabolized in the absence of oxygen.
