hey i am afraid to stop cardio becasue i will prob gain fat..i wieght train intensly and walk and/or sprint 4 times a week...my diet is good consisting of 50p/30f-20carbs..i only take whey and dextrose after weights which might promote fat storage becasue muscle rrecovers in 72 hours not 30 min ,,,thats what i heard and the dextrose will store as fat..should i cut cardio and take out the dextrose and just double the whey?
