Doing cardio after your workout ?

While I'm not as versed in areas of cardio as some others here's my .20:

1) How long are you planning on doing cardio for? Add that to the time it takes to work out. That could be a while

2) I would think right after a work out you'd want to adress post training nutrition ASAP. Your body is in a depleted state after working out, and cardio COULD compound this.

3) I'm not sure that doing cario after a workout is better than doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomache. While a workout will depelete your glycogen stores, I'm note sure if your body will be as efficient at burning fat.

Lets see what everyone else says.

yeah right now I cant workout in the morning do to school, and I just dont want to. but next semester I set my classes so I can do morning cardio. anyway I workout for an hour then go do 20min of cardio 3-4x a week just trated doing this by the way
and im half way through my cycle of sust/dbol/fina. what do u think I should do?

Personally, I wouldn't go longer than 20. I don't see a lot of point in extended cardio post workout.

Hey, what'd the doc say man?

well she thinks its some form of arthritus:( I get some test results back tomorrow afternoon, and if that dont sho what the problem is she said to go see an arthritus specialist... so I dont know what the hell is going on. my pains are mellowing out right now but they will be back soon...lol

IMO...cardio first thing in the am, empty stomach for max fat loss.

post wo for 20 minutes is a great way to control excess fat storage (especially during a bulking cycle) and to keep up cardiovascular health.

Yeah fitnessfrk that really why I am doing it to keep some of the bulking fat dwon and to just help my over all cardiovascular system.:)
