Doing back the day after legs?

Just finished my leg workout today, and i was wondering whether it would affect my deads tommorrow if i ended up doing back. Keep in mind that i'm normally sore up to 2 days after doing legs. What do you think?

you should wait til your legs are 100% to do deads. you wanna do deads first thing with your body being 100% rested.

wait...I thought that deads were for your back (posterior chain)?? Unless it's stiff-legged DL's...right?

They are for your back, but you still use your legs to an extent. Also, they're both such a huge full body lift that it would be counterproductive to do one the day immediately after the other.

I do back the day before legs. That way I can hit my deads fully rested on back day... then slam my legs the following day.

I think if you were going to pick one rest day out of the entire week, it would have to go between back and legs. There's just too much overlap between squats and deads, IMO.
