doing a recomp with test+ var

32 years old, 5’6”, 185 lbs, 14% body fat. I’m interested in doing a recomposition and I’m 38 years old. My thoughts are doing testosterone 250 mg a week and some anavar at 50 mg a day. Do you think this would work for 12 weeks or do you think I should swap in something else?

test 500mgs a week

I like testosterone and I like equipoise, but I don't like winstrol and I don't like anavar here. I would not use any orals. Just stick with the injectables. It will be a cleaner cycle that way.

I would go with Anavar all day on this. I think it would work really well. It's got least side effects and it will do good at 25 mg a day.

Try some masteron and try some testosterone together. You could also do some winstrol. Really It's a flexible cycle.
