Doggcrap training system looks a lot like HST

Thats only some of it, more than one set still though. I did mention that on the thread though, I however gave up the routine, lost an 1/8" on my arms in about 10 days.

Not to say that I was doing it to his hardcore standards, I have to admit its hard, especially without a spotter. The long negatives were fun, but I was never much of one for rest pauses so I'm sure I could have used improvement in that area. I tried using a smith for regular bench to help get rest pauses etc going and I apperantly have difficulty using the smith for flat bench other than rev grip, worked great on incline though.

It seems to attract alot of attention. He talks about training every bodypart every 3 days with different exercise and very low volume. Isn't that the basic premise of hypetrophy specific training? The two training systems look very a like. Any opinions?
I've followed him for a long time and his ideas have been around since the mid 90's and earlier.
He came thru his things thru trial and error.
