plus I modified his program a bit

like ill do

chest
warmup set-

the heaviest set for 8-10

rest pause for 45 seconds (15 seconds on chest in not enough when trying to put on mass for me)

drop the weight by 10 pounds

8 reps

rest pause for 30 seconds

6 reps

ect.


either way its a killer program, but I have done these types of programs before and youll burn out after 2 months, so don't stayon for 2 long.
 
How much weight are you guys gaining, anyone doing it naturally and if not please advise so.


What does your routines look like, did you change it much from the oringinal?


How is it working for you, would it work good for a natural lifter with a good amount of food and ALA? Thanks
 
It takes about a week or so to figure out how much weight to use for each exercise, so the first few workouts might not impress you too much. Give it at least a month and I know you will like it. If anything it is a good way to switch everything up for a while.
 
I am gonna give this a try, it looks awesome.


Who believes in his protein theory and that you don't need alot of carbs and 500g of protein a day?
