Oh my God, I am ecstatic! My abs are starting to come back! One Slim Fast for breakfast, a sensible lunch, one Slim Fast in the afternoon and one for dinner. And I feel excellent! I did not have much to loose to start with, as I am thin and tall, but I see my abs getting better!
