Does Steroids help in lossing fat.

I want to know wheather the steroids used in body building, are really good enough to help in losing extra fat from one's body. Can steroids lead to side effect in coming years. Please share the information if you have on the same points.

Steroids are not fat burners, and are not a replacement for proper diet. Steroids can have side effects, both short and long term. Judging by your questions, I'm assuming you don't have much knowledge and need to do a lot of research. What are your stats?

diet and exercise is the only proven fat burner

some guys will burn fat on steroids but they are ANABOLIC meaning you will grow mass on them, not shrink mass.

Sarms yes but winstrol is a waste if you are above 10 % bf even though it's not a fat burner

people think they are losing fat when all that is happening is they are hardening up and losing water. that's not the same thing

Biggest mistake people make is getting on gear when they have excess bodyfat already. Meaning, your body has high estrogen levels (man boobs probably) which will only result in HIGHER estrogen levels and can possibly exacerbate the effects. Thus, it's important that you are pretty lean already and have your hormones under control.
