Normally I would just look/read around but I get conflicting answers on this.
Some people say that as long as your protein is good enough throughout the day it does not matter. Some say eat alot of high GI carbs before the workout and some say after.
So what should you eat before and after your workout? What time should you eat more protein and is it ok to eat something with a higher GI before or after working out? Thanks.
