Does HGH make you taller?

I wanted to know if HGH can make the user grow in height or is that just a myth?

Yes.

GH is a endogenous hormone responsible for growth including your height, however the hormone transcript what is written in your genetic code. Unless you have some disturbance like gigantism.

And also yes, GH is used for stimulate growth in children. It should be applied at the right age, when you are in the growth phase.

If you are a adult, no, you are not going to be taller... the moment of growth has passed.

In a word no. Even the other places you might see growth in would only happen if you used large amounts. One side effect which CAN occur in lowish amounts if CTS (Carpel Tunnel Syndrome).

you need to get a better understanding of what hgh does and what it is used for... as pointed out, in children with a real issue, then yes, it can help but i see so many guys thinking they are going to go to bed one night and wake up like tom hanks in the movie big the next day... thats not how it works... you are not going to be in your 20's and having it help you to grow... steve pointed out the real benefits that you can expect and gave you the place to get it
